Absolute gem of a place

Stumbled upon this lovely spot while in Queensferry. The owner Moira was super kind, whipped me up an awesome full Scottish brekky before work. My small room was cozy and spotless, with nice little touches like a heated blanket. Only hiccup was the thin walls. I could hear a bit too much.

I had a lovely chat over delicious ham and cheese croissant, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, and even enjoyed the warm lemon muffins on arrival. They set out food for my early departure, which was fantastic!
